Passionate about gastronomy since childhood, it was quite naturally that I chose to become a cook (CAP, BEP in cooking then BTH Hotel / Restaurant). For more than 28 years, I have enriched my culinary knowledge in various regions and types of establishments. Arrived in Martinique in 2005 I discovered an authentic, generous and tasty cuisine, then in 2018, I needed a new adventure: chef at home!
